How to ease throat pain

Very often when our nose gone wild due to flu or common cold, post-nasal drip may induce throat inflammation. Then, the pain just gets worse every time we eat and swallow. So how do we ease such pain without painkillers? Turns out, there is one simple, low cost, and natural way to not only eases the pain, but also reduces the inflammation. Take 1 cup [250cc is good] of warm [drinkable] water, and dissolve 2-3 table spoon of regular salt [what ever you have at home]. Gargle the salted water several times. Avoid swallowing and remember to rinse with regular water afterwards. How to gargle: Tilt your head backwards, allowing liquid to flow towards the throat, and while maintaining the position, blow air out through the liquid.
